Large Capacity Robotic Shot Peen with Multiple Media Sizes

The spacious cabinet interior enables a large variety of components to be loaded through the powered horizontal sliding door for processing. A roof-mounted 4-axis gantry robot with motion systems, installed outside the harsh process environment, manipulates the peening nozzles and rotating lances. The side lance can peen the inside diameters of shafts up to 126 inches in length.

• Four different conditioned cut wire media sizes with an automatic and immediate exchange
• Manual peening station

• Progressive Surface PRIMS Pro machine control and process monitoring software running on a PC with a 19″ color touchscreen interface
