PACE Manufacturing has been offering machines and services in Shot Peening, Grit Blast, Water Jet and Thermal Spray for over 30 years. It first started with Process and Control Engineering from 1993 to 2020, since then PACE Manufacturing has offered continued support to its customers on both legacy Process and Control Machines as well as Progressive Surface Machines, see our services page for more information.

PACE Manufacturing has a rich history, with the owners having a background in special process within the Aerospace sector, quality, repeatability and reliability is very much at the core of PACE Manufacturing today.

1993

Process and Control Engineering was formed. Process and Control Engineering began working with Progressive Surface as their UK Representatives

1994

First Progressive machine installed by Process and Control Engineering (Waterjet cleaning system at Aerospace customer)

1997

PACE Manufacturing first Process and control designed machine installation (Shot Peen at Aerospace Customer)

2017

Last process and control designed machine installation with over 50 unique machines in this time

2020

PACE Manufacturing formed to fill the gap left by Process and Control ensuring continued support to their customers

2024

PACE Manufacturing still offers all the same services as Process and Control Engineering, working with the previous owners to maintain support of legacy equipment.

Progressive Surface UK Representive

PACE works alongside Progressive surface as their UK representatives to assist customers is procuring a new machine fully customised to their requirements. PACE will be there from initial specification through to installation and in service support for more information on Progressive Surface.
